Private residence
This one is probably a simple mistake, but on our evening walk, my wife and I noticed a stream of water actively flowing down the driveway and into the street. I got pictures again. After knocking on the door with no answer, we turned off the outdoor faucet.

Raleigh Pediatrics
I did not see them watering, but there were puddles of water in the parking lot and on the sidewalks. This place is just down the street from the one below and is probably owned or managed by the same company.
I cannot believe that some of these places are still watering. How stupid and ignorant can you be! Did you really think you could get away with it?
2011 Falls Valley Drive

Watering very small islands of grass with an automated irrigation system. Much of the water was falling on impermeable surfaces. They water so much that the cracks in the sidewalk and the street are still seeping water at 5:00pm in the afternoon.
This is off Falls of the Neuse just outside I540 beltline in North Raleigh.
There are three businesses in the building:
Kamm McKenzie, MD (OB-GYN), et. al.
Nationwide insurance
An Opthamologist
As of October 30, it appears that the watering is no longer occurring at 2011 Falls Valley Drive. Thank you for that.
Wasting water but not necessarily a violation
