Book Update

It’s been a while since I’ve posted an update about my new books, the 3rd Edition of “Using and Administering Linux – Zero to SysAdmin.”

This project has taken much longer than anticipated due to the extended illness and death of my wife of 40 years, Alice.

Current Status

Volumes 1 and 2 have been sent to production.

I’m still working on Volume 3, but there are only a few chapters left. This has been an especially complex volume since there have been a lot of changes in the servers, especially email.

Thanks

This has also affected my ability to write for Both.org, so I’ve not posted any of my own articles here for some time. Many thanks to Jim, Don, and Seth, for taking up some of that slack.

My thanks also to Apress and my editors there for being flexible during this difficult time.
