Network Upgrades Completed — Sort of
So I didn’t upgrade to 3Gb Gfiber. I wanted a couple things like static IPs that they can’t or won’t do without using their business class service which is more than I’m willing to pay. For now.
However, since I’d already ordered the new hardware, a 2.5Gb switch and some 2.5Gb NICS, I installed all that and things inside my network are now faster, and I’m ready for when I do get a multi-Gigabit Internet connection.
Unless I really bork something, all the disruptive work is done and there should be no more outages.
Thanks for your patience.
