Fedora 43 set for release October 28, 2025
Based on the current schedule for Fedora development, Fedora 43 should be released tomorrow, October 28. Although a delay is possible, that happens rarely and is typically short. You can see the Fedora 43 schedule as well as the complete Fedora schedule, past and future, as they’re publicly available at any time.
The best place to find the link to the newest versions when they’re released is on the Fedora Project home page. I find that they’re usually available sometime early to mid-morning Eastern Time (USA) the day of release.
I plan to upgrade my primary workstation immediately and, barring any problems, the rest of my systems later the same day. I’ll do the Both.org systems last and there will be some downtime as those upgrades take place.
